30 Days Return & Exchange Policy
At Paris MH, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a simple and easy return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [support@parismh.com] or via our online chat with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully pack your item, including all original packaging and tags, along with a copy of the receipt. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined above. Once we receive your item, we will send the replacement product, subject to availability. If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [support@parismh.com].
International Returns
For international returns, shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
